Yesterday, I took the day off. I've been working hard and I try to get out once a week - away from the desk, away from the housework - and just be. Dad and I went on a waterfall walk, one I've been meaning to try for a bit.
When we got there, I looked as the stairs down and thought "I can't do this." Then I thought: "Yes I can. I'm not same woman I was 12 months ago. Just take it slowly"
So I did. Step by step. Stair by Stair. We stopped at points, let me catch my breath and just enjoyed the joys of the Rainforest on the Atherton Tablelands.
The reward, when I got there, was well worth it.
Life is busy and there's just so many things to remember. What tools do you use to help you keep on top of ALL the things?

Revolut handed approximately 680 customers’ personal information to a bad actor after receiving requests from a compromised Italian government account that appeared lawful.
